Horizontal lines form as the forehead muscle lifts the brows. Kia assesses its strength and your natural brow position so treatment can soften lines while respecting balanced movement.

Vertical lines between the brows develop through repeated frowning or concentration. Kia assesses line depth and the direction of muscle pull before recommending a plan.

6Lip Flip£120
A lip flip relaxes selected fibres above the upper lip so slightly more lip may show. It does not add volume. Kia will discuss possible effects on lip movement, speech and drinking.
7Gummy Smile£100
Treatment may reduce how high the upper lip lifts when smiling. Smile pattern, lip length and the muscles involved vary, making careful assessment important.
8DAO · Downturned Smile£100
The DAO muscles pull the mouth corners down. Carefully selected treatment may soften that pull and create a more neutral resting appearance.
9Chin Dimpling£100
An active chin muscle can create a pebbled texture during expression. Kia considers chin shape, lower-lip movement and facial balance during assessment.
10Masseter · Jawline£230
Where the chewing muscles are prominent, treatment may gradually soften the visual width of the lower face. Facial structure, bite, muscle strength and medical suitability are reviewed first.
11Underarm Hyperhidrosis£300
This treatment temporarily reduces signals to the sweat glands. Kia will discuss symptoms, health history, alternative explanations, relevant risks and aftercare before deciding whether it is suitable.
12Perioral · Smoker’s Lines£100
Perioral lines—often called smoker’s lines—are the fine vertical lines that form around the lips, whether or not you smoke. Kia assesses lip movement and the muscles surrounding the mouth carefully; where suitable, this may form part of a personalised mix-and-match facial plan.

What to Expect
How Results Develop
Anti-wrinkle results appear gradually rather than all at once. Every person responds differently, so timings are a useful guide rather than a guarantee.
First Few Days
Early changes may begin to appear as the treated muscles gradually respond.
Around Two Weeks
The result has usually developed fully. Kia will review how everything has settled, with a clinically appropriate top-up included at no additional cost.
Around 3–4 Months
The effects gradually wear off. Longevity varies by person, treatment area and individual response.
Temporary redness, small bumps or bruising can occur. Kia will explain the relevant risks and provide personalised aftercare.

- It is not provided during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
- Share your health history, medicines, allergies and previous injectable treatments.

How do anti-wrinkle treatments work?
They use a prescription-only medicine to temporarily reduce activity in selected muscles. This can soften the appearance of expression lines while treatment remains active.
How many areas will I need?
That depends on your facial movement, anatomy and goals. Areas can be mixed and matched rather than following one fixed upper-face combination. Kia may discuss forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, bunny lines, perioral (smoker’s) lines, a gummy smile or DAO treatment before confirming what is suitable and how the plan is priced.
Is the review and any top-up included?
Yes. Kia will review your result at around two weeks. If she decides a top-up is clinically appropriate at that appointment, it is included in your original treatment price with no additional charge.
What is Relfydess?
Relfydess contains relabotulinumtoxinA and is a prescription-only anti-wrinkle medicine. Its UK patient information describes use for the temporary improvement of moderate-to-severe frown lines and crow’s feet in eligible adults under 65. It is one available option rather than automatically the right choice for everyone; suitability depends on an individual medical assessment and authorised prescription. When will I see results?
Some people notice change within a few days. The full result usually develops at around 10–14 days, although response varies.
How long do results last?
Effects commonly last around three to four months, but longevity varies with the individual, treatment area and other factors. Exact duration cannot be guaranteed.
Will I look frozen?
Kia’s approach is conservative and personalised, with the aim of softening selected lines while respecting natural expression. Your preferences will be discussed before any treatment plan is agreed.
Is there downtime?
Downtime is usually minimal, but temporary redness, small bumps, tenderness or bruising can occur. You will receive specific aftercare and information about when to seek advice.
