How do I know which facial to book?
You do not need to diagnose your skin. Tell Lucy what you are noticing, whether you have an important event coming up and how active you want the treatment to be. She can guide you to the most suitable starting point.
What is the difference between the Million Dollar Facial and BioCell Trinity+?
The Million Dollar Facial is a complete multi-step professional facial focused on exfoliation, polishing and overall skin appearance. BioCell Trinity+ is the more advanced non-injectable option, using microscopic spicules and targeted cosmetic ingredients to support visible renewal, hydration and radiance. Lucy can explain which better matches your goals.
Which facial is best before a special occasion?
The Miracle Mask is designed as an event-ready treatment and is usually planned around 72 hours beforehand. The best choice still depends on your skin and whether you have had the treatment before, so please plan ahead rather than trying something very active immediately before an event.
Will I have downtime?
It depends on the treatment. Hydrating and gentle facials often have little interruption to normal life, while peels and other advanced options may cause temporary redness, dryness, sensitivity or light flaking. Lucy will explain the likely response before treatment.
Will dermaplaning make my facial hair grow back thicker?
No. Dermaplaning removes fine vellus hair at the skin’s surface; it does not change the hair follicle or alter the way that hair grows.
Do I need a course of treatments?
Not necessarily. A single facial can be a lovely boost. A course of four Million Dollar Facials, usually spaced four weeks apart, may suit someone working towards a longer-term skin goal. Lucy will only suggest a course when it makes sense for you.
Can I have a facial if my skin is sensitive?
Possibly, but the right choice matters. Tell Lucy about sensitivity, allergies, active flare-ups, medication, recent procedures and the products you use. An active treatment may need to be changed or postponed if your skin barrier is unsettled.
